dear,
Sorry. You should give one month notice for your resignation as per their rules.
And also , you not eligible to go on medical leave at the same time.
Do one thing that you can go on medical leave for one month due to you ill health and come back to work as usually .Further You should continue in your work for one month that may be intimated as notice period for your resignation.
I think that no other possibility to get your salary now except this.
thanks

hey,
I go by what bhupathi has conveyed.
YOu can go on a medical leave and rejoin your organisation and then put down your papers and serve the notice period. Moreover, getting the month's pay will depend upon the number of leaves you have and the earned leaves you have accumulated (if you have any.) Since you are under probation, i donot think u can claim your earned leaves and so if you have to take a month's leave then that will come under your loss of pay and so,you may not be paid for the month even.
another option here is to forego your one month's salary and resign from your services which might come under your final settlement. however, this option is not advisable.

You can speak to the management that why you can not serve one month notice period. They might consider and relieve you.

Dear Abhishek,
You want to resign from your current Job
Notice period 1 month
Not willing to serve for health reason.
You may go for medical leave but without pay as you may not have enough sick leave balance. Generally employees go for leave after resigning and leave are adjusted against their notice period.
You may ask your management to relieve you immediately on the basis of health ground subject to you has provided enough supporting documents.
Generally we receive last month salary after F&F settlement.
Hope this makes you clear.
