Dear All, I am working as a TL Admin for the last 4 years. Now, I want to pursue an MBA, but I am a little confused about whether I should specialize in HR or Administration. I have practical knowledge of EPF, ESIC, Leave Policy, Salary, etc. According to one of my friends, I should opt for an MBA in HR as it would help me secure a job in Personnel/Administration. However, others suggest that I should consider an MBA in Operations/Administration. I am confused because I don't know the difference between MBA, MBA in HR, and MBA in Administration. Please suggest and guide me on the right path, as my career depends on your advice.
