Hi all, I am working with a domestic BPO, and in the last month, there has been a significant increase in attrition. Could anyone suggest steps I can take to reduce this attrition?

Without knowing what happened last month (for example, if any new BPO company started its operations in Delhi), it is not possible to provide a solution. It would be like telling someone how to get to Delhi without knowing where they are starting from.
