How To Control The Attrition In Bpo Sector

hi all
i am working with domestic bpo, in the last month there is huge attrition. so anyone could suggest me what steps can take to reduce the attrition....

As you mentioned that in the last month there was a huge attrition it means there is something wrong happened, as HR you need to investigate or probe the reason for sudden exit of employees.
Get to the root of the problem, and discuss with management to resolve the issues, try and resolve the issues in favor of employees to extent possible.
Your query is incomplete, if you can provide details, seniors at the forum can advise much better.

Without knowing what happened last month (for example if any new BPO company started its operation in Delhi), it is not possible to give a solution. It will be like telling some one how to go to Delhi without knowing where they are, to start with.
