Hullo to everyone,i hope you are all doing very well today.Well am doing my research on the relationship between,managerial competences,percieved organisation environment and job performance in Uganda's road construction industry.I am having difficulty coming up with well developed instruments to measure percieved organisation environment and job performance.Please i kindly need some guidance here.Thank you very and God bless all.
