Is My Private Printing Press in Delhi Covered by the Factory Act or Shop Act? Seeking Clarification

I have a private printing press in Delhi, and I am seeking registration under various acts. My question is: Is a private printing press covered under the Factory Act or the Shop Act? Please clarify your views.

If in your press you employ ten or more persons and use power for printing purposes, OR if you employ twenty or more persons without using power for printing purposes, you have to register your press under the Factories Act.
