Surprised to Be on Third-Party Payroll: What Should I Do Next?

ashutosh9711
Dear Friends, I am working with an MNC COMPANY as an HR Executive on Third Party Payroll. I have not received an appointment letter. When I joined this company, I didn't know I was on third-party payroll. After 15 days of joining, I was informed by the HR manager that I am not on their payroll. I am very disappointed. What should I do? Can anyone advise me?

Thanks
Nukani
Though you are on third-party payroll, they must give you the appointment letter from the consultancy on whose payroll you are. Ask them for it.

Since you have started your career, it seems you can continue there for a reasonable time, learn things, and then you can plan to move. But ensure that you receive your appointment letter.
