Hi,
To use SWOT analysis, the SWOT matrix need to created. I have attached the format to do it. It is basically matching the internal strength and weakness with the external opportunities and threat. So you come up with various strategies or ways to maximise your strength and opprtunities and improve your weakness and overcome your threat.
