Don't worry, your experience does matter if you want to go through the recruitment process. Make sure that you will be involved in the direct recruitment procedure; then only it will add an advantage to your profile. It involves direct interaction with the candidates, conducting interviews, managing client relationships, salary negotiations, and more. Nowadays, many companies, including MNCs, have profiles related to recruitment exclusively.
If you wish to pursue a career in Core HR or HR generalist profiles, then you will have to move in a slightly different direction. In practical terms, for a core HR profile, you may have to struggle a bit. Remember, no job is inherently good or bad; it's up to you to decide which career path you want to choose. The option is yours.
