Being aggrieved, the EPFO filed a Letters Patent Appeal No. 1139 of 2011 before the Division Bench challenging the order of the learned Single Judge. The Division Bench, comprising the Hon'ble Chief Justice Adarsh Kumar and the Hon'ble Justice A.K. Mittal, on 20.07.2011, dismissed the appeal. - Courtesy Labour Law Reporter.

Thank you for updating on this matter. In view of this order, E.P.F. department circular dated 23/05/2011, wherein it is provided that E.P.F. contribution is to be deposited on wages not lesser than minimum wages, will it be nullified? Please also advise about the implication of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble M.P. High Court.
