Hello Everybody,
I want know one thing, so please help me.
If there is an employee and his/her length of service is more than 9yrs n 6mnth, then he/she is eligible for pension. So, If he/she left service after that period then, I have to fill there form 19 and 10c both or only form 19? And what about the pension, which form should be filled for the pension claim.
Thank You.

Form 19 is meant for Provident Fund and from 10c is for Pension. You have to fill both forms and submit to your employer. The forms should reach the PF office through the employer with company seal and authorized person's signature.

Dear Mr. Bhuwan,
If the length of service is more than 9.5 years where DoJ of employee is after the year of 1995 then form 10D is required & not 10C.
In form 10D there is provision to get the Pension Certificate.
Fill the form 10D duly & submit to proper authority you will get Pension Certificate.
