I am an MBA in HR with 14 months of overall experience, but my relevant experience in HR is only 3 months. I am looking to pursue certification to enhance my skills and give a boost to my career.

I have not done any certifications until now. The 3 months of experience is in an HR Generalist role.

Additionally, there are many institutes specializing in fields like retirals, labor laws, recruitment, performance management, and even compensation management.
