A Human Recourses Process Manual is not a policy Manual.
A Process manual is a document that out lays process of any function in detail including people and document used. Once this is done it can be translated in to a visual representation of the process called process work flow.
You create one document for each process Recruitment, training, performance appraisal, travel, health & safety.

Thank you very much for your quick responses and for your valuable attachments. However, as Mr. Anayaat, very rightly explained I am in need of a sample of 'HR Processes Manual’ (HR Procedures Manual). HR Policy Manual and the HR Process Manual are the two different documents.
Hope to get some more relevant responses soon from Seniors and HR Professionals.

Please note that no one can write a process manual for you except someone who is familiar with the process from the inside.
You need to work on mapping up the process and then write the process manual.

Thanks for the advice. I am very much familiar with the entire HR process of my company and did not ask or expect someone else to write the manual for me.
My pure intention in requesting for a sample of ‘HR Process Manual’ was to get some idea about the structure and the layout of the document and to benchmark my work to improve the quality and presentation so that I could give professional look to my document.
