Hey Poornima...
I beg to differ from the views presented by Mr. Vikas...
Well its on the matter how you take up the interview and which way you turn the interview in your favour. You can start it like, your specialization is into Recruitment. But on the other side you keep on updating yourself from Internet, newspaper and books. Apart from this you may say, you interact with other HR professional and are updated with the upcoming laws and other changes.
There are no prescribed questions - but you may prepare accordingly for the post which you applying..!!
For e.g. if you applying for HR / IR post - Get into the laws and legal aspects of the company. The Factories Act, Trade Union Act, Workmen Compensation act, Standing orders, Maternity related act...
When its salary - Get on the rules, amendments of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Pension - the account number their respective forms, calculation etc..
When its Generalist profile - make sure you know everything of everything, a process of Training and Development, Recruitment, Appraisals, retention policy etc...
So all the very best next time...
If you want, you can get back to me..!!
Warm Regards
