Withdraw Of Epf - Doc Download

Hi Team,
I'm an employee of Gap Inc for more than 5 yrs nw> I need to know if its possible to withdraw EPF even while I'm working with the same organization and if yes, then what is the process of doing so and how long does it generally take?

Dear Sir,You may apply for withdrawal of EPF balance amount in your account in Form-31.It is permissible only after 7 years of service on the ground of education,marriage of children,building of house etc.There is no time limit in case of withdrawal on medical ground.Total balance amount of employee's share only may be withdrawn.
