For Unskilled Employees:

Additional Information to Collect Upon Onboarding
1. Blood Group.
2. Emergency Contact numbers.
3. Alternate email ID.
4. Designation - Appointed as.
Useful Information for the Company
6. Reporting Manager - At the time of joining.
7. Permanent Address/Temporary Address, etc.
8. Salary - at the time of joining.
9. Appraisal Date, Completion of probationary period, etc.
This information is important, and an Excel sheet can be maintained for the same.
