Confused About Form No. 11 for PF? Clarifying Its Real Purpose and Usage in BPOs

Hi,

I don't know where Form No. 11 is used. As per my knowledge, it is used for the enrollment of a new establishment. However, on the PF website, it is mentioned that it is used to declare previous employee details. I am working in a BPO where we are not required to provide previous employee details for PF. If possible, could you please explain?

Hi,

Nowadays, no companies are asking for Form 11. You will not find it as a part of any PF websites. However, the ideal way of the PF procedure is to fill in Form 11. This form can also serve as a tool to verify a person's previous employment.

Can you please tell me which form should be submitted if an employee's basic + DA + RA is more than Rs. 6500 per month and he/she doesn't want to deduct PF from his/her salary.
