Overcoming Interview Anxiety: How Can I Build Confidence and Find the Right Job as a Fresher?

Hi, I'm Spandana. I just completed my MBA, but I'm not in search of any jobs as I'm very much afraid of attending an interview. This is the only reason making me not apply for any jobs. Can you help me on how to overcome it and also give suggestions regarding jobs/job profiles related to freshers joining the industry?

As a fresher, you might have fear about attending interviews. Just break out of that circle. Have you completed your MBA? You must talk about your interests. In MBA, you have marketing, finance, HR departments, etc. What's your interest? You must decide.

Prepare with some common questions like:

2. Some may ask about your projects.
3. Sometimes, hobbies also play an important role.
4. Discuss your strengths and weaknesses.
