Should I Switch from MindTree to PayPal for a 10% Salary Bump? Seeking Advice!

Hi, I've got an offer with CSC India to work with eBay PayPal at their IDC in Chennai. Currently, I am working with MindTree and am involved in product development. I have 3 years of experience and am receiving a good package at MindTree. I am also being offered a 10% salary increase to join PayPal. Is it a good decision to switch over and join PayPal? What are your thoughts?

PayPal is a better choice. However, please find out about the project that you are being hired for. Internal prospects matter once you join in. A lot of brands with greater global visibility hire for generic roles. Apart from this, opportunities for growth and onsite experience need to be weighed.
