Q1. For how many employees does one need to start a canteen facility?

Q2. For how many employees is an ambulance service required in the factory?

Q3. How many first aid items are needed in the first aid box, and what are they?

Q4. Where should the first aid box be placed in the factory?

Q5. What is the procedure to transfer one's PF fund? What forms need to be filled?

Q6. And for PF withdrawal, what is the procedure?

Q7. Mostly, what are the very important records to maintain according to the Factories Act?

It is very unfair to ask these questions. Even if you are new to the profession, simply studying the Factories Act will answer all the questions raised here. As a newcomer to the profession, it is in your interest to exert yourself first and then seek help. We are all here to help and assist, but I will not do your work simply because if I do that, you will remain weak in the profession.

I would like to inform you about an amendment. Your questions 5 and 6 will be answered by the Employees Provident Funds (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act and the scheme thereunder, not by the Factories Act.
