There are theories like maslow,hertzberg,theory X,Y,theory Z of Auchi are related with employee enguagement.
Maslow,Hertzberg theories are related with the factors wich satisfies or make emloyees to stay with job etc.
Every organization has distinguishing atmosphere so no therory will help you at a time.
But surely mixture of different theories
