How To Grow Fast In Hr Field...

Hi,
I have perused MBA (HRM) and recently joined a consultancy as HR executive,
before that I was in teaching job for 6 years.My job is recruitment ,after having
some experience,can I get job in some big companies? What kind
of experience and expertise will be needed for further career
growth? Waiting for your valuable suggestion......!

Do some HR related courses (MBA, PG Dip. in HRM/IR & LL etc.) and learn all HR activities as much as possible....

Since you are working in a job consultancy now, you can get a job of HR recruiter in any of the companies where they have requirement. For better job opportunities, you will have to sharpen your recruitment skills, that you can very well do in a consultancy.
