In Manufacturing industries, the workers work in the factory whereas the staff sits in the office....generally the HR policies are different for both the grades, becoz of which there is lack of team work and coordination between both the grades....work out some motivational activities or some team building exercise that can help to increase the coordination, and in turn the productivity........
