R Projects On Employee Engagement - Please Guide

hi Friends,
My project contains Employee onboarding,Employees' Queries and Relieving.
so what should i name the project?? provide suggestions..

"A study on effectiveness of performance appraisal system" {or}
" A sttudy on organisational stress among employees"

but right now , i dont have the photocopy with me..
but fyi..
during my training..
(a) i dealt with employees queries as far as their personal and professional matters were concerned,
(b) i brought them to onboarding like employee code generation n all
(c) and also i took their Exit Interviews in an employee wants to resign..
so i'm very confused about the name of my project , i need to give a Project Name to my Superiwiser to mention in my training certificate ...
pls suggest...
