Feeling Stuck After Resigning: How Can I Handle a 30-Day Notice Period I Can't Serve?

jaganap
Hi all, Please help me. I really beg you all. I have recently resigned from an MNC within 7 business days of joining. There is no dependency on me as I am not assigned any work or any knowledge transition. But still, the company wants me to serve the notice period for 30 days as part of the company policy. I am not sure what needs to be done. I won't be able to stay and serve the notice period. I am not able to sleep nor do anything because of this stress. I have mentioned the stress I am feeling. I have already explained that my parents are very old, and I have to take care of them and won't be able to continue. Still, they insist that I need to serve the notice period. Please tell me what I should do. As I have already resigned, if I stop going to the company, will they put me on a blacklist? I have also stated that I don't want any salary as well. I don't want the relieving letter or anything from them. I need a fair exit. Please help me with what I need to do.
