Struggling with PF Indemnity Bond in Bangalore? Need Help with Stamp Paper and Declarations?

I have not withdrawn my PF for more than 3 years. My old company asked me to prepare a PF Indemnity bond. How do I prepare it in Bangalore? What is the value of stamp paper required - Rs 100 / Rs 50? Instead of stamp paper, can I get it done by e-stamping? What declaration do I have to give in the Indemnity Bond? I am a complete novice in this area.

Rs. 50/- stamp paper will do. An INDEMNITY BOND is attached herewith. The format was provided by the PF OFFICE, SRO-VAPI, GUJARAT.

For the PF Indemnity Bond, a 20/- bond is acceptable. In this bond, you need to state the reason why you did not apply for withdrawal. Submit the PF withdrawals forms 19 & 10C along with the PF Indemnity Bond and enclose a copy of your bank passbook.

E-stamped stamp papers are useful when you are registering some documents. The registering office can verify the genuineness of the e-stamp paper and validate it. The EPFO and other offices that accept indemnity bonds, affidavits, etc., have the machinery to verify the genuineness of the e-stamp. Therefore, they insist on regular stamp papers only. However, if you use a franking machine and get the requisite amount franked from the concerned authorized center/bank, it can be used for indemnity bonds, affidavits, etc., together with the cash receipt issued for franking. You may use a franked plain paper for an indemnity bond or affidavit, but not the e-stamp. The e-stamp can be used only when the document is being registered with the Registrar.

Thank you very much for your guidance. So, I gather I need the PF Indemnity Bond, Form 19, Form 10C, and Form 3A along with a cancelled check. Do I have to enclose a Rs. 1 Revenue Stamp along with all the 3 Forms?
