Seeking Advice: How Can My Friend in HR Find Flexible Work Options in Bangalore?

Hi,

I have a friend in Bangalore who has about 3 years of experience in HR. She is not able to cope with her work due to some personal problems. She asked me if I could suggest anything that she could do either part-time or on a contract basis in the HR field. Before I suggest anything to her, I wanted to seek suggestions from my HR friends in this forum.

Please let me know what I can suggest to her.

I have heard that some consultancies hire recruiters on a commission basis for recruitments. Your friend can search for those opportunities. Additionally, many companies also hire recruiters on a part-time basis. She will have to find out more about these companies.

But, she has about 6 months of experience in recruitment and nearly 2.5 years in Core HR. I wanted to suggest something like a lecturer or a trainer. I was also not sure if companies hire HR Generalists on a contract or part-time basis. Please let me know about it.
