Suggestions Needed - Time To Contact

Hi,
I have a friend in Bangalore who is having about 3 years of experience in HR. She is not able to cope up with her work due to some personal problems.
She asked me if I could suggest anything that she could do as either part-time or something on contract in HR field. Before I suggest her anything I wanted to take suggestions from my HR friends in this forum.
Please let me know what I can suggest her.

i have heard few consultancies hire recruiters on commission basis for recruitments. ur friend can search for those. and many companies also hire recruiters on part-time basis. she will have to find out about dese companies dere..

Nice Suggestions Deepali.
But she has about 6 months exp in recruitment and nearly 2.5 years in Core HR. I wanted to suggest something like a lecturer or a trainer. I was also not sure if companies hire HR Generalists on Contract or Part-time.
Please let me know about it.
