Change Of Ownership Mobile Connection To Company Name

Can anyone suggest how I can change the ownership of a mobile connection to another person? Currently, I am using my friend's mobile connection, but now I would like to transfer this connection to my company. Is this possible? Please assist me with this process and provide me with the request letter format and NOC format for changing the ownership of the mobile connection.
