Struggling to Get My Relieving Letter and Experience Certificate – Any Advice?

Hi, could anyone shed some light on how to obtain the relieving letter and experience certificate from my previous organization? When I was separating, they mentioned that they would provide it along with the Full and Final settlement. However, currently, no one in the HR department is responding to my emails. Whenever I try to speak with them, they always ask me to call back the next day.

Did you complete all exit formalities? If yes, send a written request by registered post for a relieving/experience letter. Wait for their response within two weeks.

Hi Siva Kumar, I sent the registered post two months ago and have kept the acknowledgment copy as well. Could you please advise me on the next steps?
