Guidelines for Implementing a Training Budget
Is there any guideline I can follow to implement a training budget? For example, could it be calculated as the company's profit multiplied by a certain percentage, such as 1%, to allocate funds for training? Do you have any template ideas to help me work out the budget figures and formulas?
