ESI Portal Disruption: Alternative Solutions

In the last eight days, the ESI portal has been disrupted. Is there any other way we can allocate ESI numbers to employees?

Better to do this early in the morning or stay back late, as the disruption is due to the frequency of people using the portal during the daytime. Otherwise, there is no other way, and everyone is suffering.

Dear Atul, the issue is different, and it is confirmed with the ESI office. The site has been under maintenance for the last eight days. ESI officials are not responding with an alternative solution. In our case, the deployment of contract workers is in high volume, and the principal employer does not allow us to enter the premises without allotting ESI numbers to the contract workers.
