Internship Completion: Do You Get a Relieving Letter, Certificate, or Both?

Hi, guys, please help. Can you tell me if, upon completion of the internship, you receive a relieving letter or an internship certificate or both? I have already passed the job interview, but I am facing problems due to documents. Please, please help.
