Struggling to Find ITI and Diploma Engineers for Our Plant Setup in India – Any Suggestions?

Hi everyone, can anybody help me with the sources to get the ITI and Diploma engineers (welders, fitters, operators)? Portals are not of much use for such positions, and we haven't got a good response through newspaper ads and displays. My company is into setting up Spanish companies in India. For one of the plants we have set up in India, we need ITI and Diploma engineers.

Thank you for your prompt response. The plant is located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The individuals will need to relocate to Spain for training for approximately a month.
