Offer Letter Is Valid If They Gave In Their Sister Concern

I received my offer letter in a sister concern. Now its gone 2 months upto date not received any formal appointment letter from real concern

some smart employers like that, they show the big cage and put you in the small cage, no space for development
if you are bold enough ask your employer ,where is your appointment.
Make sure and confirm, then decide what to do.

Actually I referred by a consultant and gave offer letter as stipend salary basis. At the time of interview itself employer told after appoint of our administration Director and discussion with him. I give you appointment letter in original concern. But still process of appointment of director may be next month. We recruited a account executive in our original concern name itself gave offer letter. Now what to do? Want to wait up to director join or give me any suggestions.
