Eligibility for Annual Bonus

"I worked with a company for around 12 months (Dec 2010 - Dec 2011) and recently joined another company. Am I eligible for the annual bonus from my previous company now, for the period of Apr 2011 - Nov 2011? I have received an annual bonus in March 2011 (for 3 months, i.e., from Dec 2010 to Mar 2011). If yes, what are the forms and formalities that I need to fill? Please guide me in this."

Bonus Disbursement Timeline

The bonus is in the fiscal year and is to be disbursed before November. In your case, the balance bonus is due on or before November 11. Please review the period, as you have incorrectly mentioned it as December 10 - December 11.

The date of joining (DoJ) is Dec-22-2010, and the date of leaving (DoL) is Nov-02-2011.

Please get the dates right first. Otherwise, your query is confusing. As Pon clearly mentioned and others indicated, we are in July 2011. Or is this a hypothetical query?
