You can make a grading system in your organisation on the basis of profiles & responsibilities of the employees of your organisation

Hii,
You can design the grading structure on the basis of the roles and responsibilities handled by the employees in the organisation which will provide you with the information that who is senior level employee and who is junior level. Try to find out reporting structure if any which will also help you.
