i am MA HRM student and doing my final project on THE IMPACT OF COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION. i am doing this project on uk hotel industery.
i need some feedback on my survey questions.
can someone give me some idea,s about the survey questions for this project.

THIS IS MY MA HRM DISSERTATION TOPIC.
Research Questions:
· Does the compensation management system of UK hotels help to retain employees?
· Do employees consider remuneration reward distribution to be fair?
· Which strategies can help to improve compensation incentives of hotel industry?
BASED ON THESE RESEARCH QUESTION. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TO DESIGN THE SURVEY QUESTION FOR MY DISSERTATION. ANY IDEA'S

Dear Zaka,
Where are you studying and in which mode? Have you studied Research Methodology as a topic? If you have not, kindly see my thread on that topic. I have attached a ppt presentation there.
Have you conducted any literature survey to see what others have done, how and why that way? If not, I suggest that you do that first. That will lead you to some questionnaire items, which you can adapt.
