Need Help Crafting Survey Questions on Compensation and Motivation in UK Hotels?

Hi everyone, I am an MA HRM student working on my final project about the impact of compensation management on employee motivation. I am conducting this project in the UK hotel industry. I need some feedback on my survey questions. Can someone give me some ideas about the survey questions for this project? Please give suggestions ASAP.

THIS IS MY MA HRM DISSERTATION TOPIC.

Research Questions:
• Does the compensation management system of UK hotels help to retain employees?
• Do employees consider remuneration reward distribution to be fair?
• Which strategies can help to improve compensation incentives in the hotel industry?

Based on these research questions, can someone help me design the survey questions for my dissertation? Any ideas?
