SWOT basically means Strengths,Weakness,Oppurtunity,Threat
1.Find the positive pints of your industry
2.find drawbacks
3.Find the various oppurtunities available for your firm in the Environment and how it can be utilised by you.
4.Find the competitors,and other threats from the external environment
