Creating a One-Year HR Action Plan for a Real Estate Company: Seeking Your Insights and Advice

Dear All,

I am now planning to create an HR action plan for one year for my current company, which is a reputable Real Estate company with departments like Accounts and Finance, Sales, and HR, totaling 85 employees.

All policies and procedures are already drafted. I now require an action plan that aligns with other departments for successful implementation. If any of you can assist me by providing the necessary information, I would be very grateful.

First of all, you need to communicate the organizational goals to every department. Thereafter, find out how one can contribute towards them. The HR department's main task would be to provide the best people for the company and to retain good employees in their roles, as finding new employees is always challenging. Additionally, you need to create a healthy work environment and culture in the organization that satisfies employees, as the most satisfied employees tend to produce the most satisfying results.
