Questionnaires For "staff Relation" Project

Good Afternoon Friends,

I am currently in my 4th semester of MBA and engaged in working on my project about staff relations. Kindly, could anybody send me the questionnaires?

1) How do you feel about the organizational culture?

2) Are you fully satisfied with the organization's rules and regulations?

3) Do you have any disagreements with your boss? If yes, can you explain why it happens?

4) Are you satisfied with your salary?

5) Are you enjoying your work?

1. Do you easily get up every morning from bed?

2. Do you prefer having your morning drink (tea/coffee) at home, at work, or somewhere with work members?

3. Do you know the regulations of the organization?

4. Do you understand the norms? Do you understand the culture? Are you comfortable enough to share a nice joke you heard the day before with your team members? How far are you willing to go with how low the joke can be? Are you comfortable saying a silly joke? When your manager passes by while you are kidding or laughing with a team member, do you stop laughing?

If you are unsure about what you need to be doing with your project, then you need to speak to your tutor/professor and seek some guidance. As you are doing the MBA, it is up to YOU to do the necessary research and develop your project. Members of CiteHR can maybe assist you on a specific point, but not do the project for you. Try telling us what research you have done so far and seek clarification on points where you need help.
