Pay Slip -excel Format - Xls Download

Hiii,
Can any one send a normal basic payslip format which explains the gross and nett earnings without any deductions in their salary.

i want some help from u all actually i was wrkin in recruitment firm n i left tht in jan 2010 by giving proper notice but the director of tht firm is not producing the salay,so pls help me out how can i recover my salary pls provide some solutions

Dear Friends,
I have doubts on pay slip. pls share with me.Our company is a matainance service provider having a lot of clients in India.
We are paying our employees as
For example(Technicians)
1)Basic-5000
2)HRA-50%(Of Basic)
3)Conveyance-800.00
4)Perfomance reward
As per one of our client , we should not mention other allowances in our payslip . So the perfomance reward amount is going high if they perfom over time . So is there any problem for the amount in Perfomance Reward.
Pls suggest me . On the same way we should think of the Technicians who are getting in between 8k to 9k.
