Hi Mangesh,
BGC are done by ethical organizations to ascertain that the candidates they recruit are genuine and ethical in all terms. For this these organizations essentially have tie ups with third party vendors who are specialized in such checks. The main checks predominantly are
1, Educational
2. Previous experiences
3. Loan Defaults
4. Criminal Record Check
5. Address Verification etc.
Though these are not completely fool proof, organization takes extra effort to investigate the case in case a joinee is found BGC Severe.

Personal Information
Past Performance
Employee Attitude towards sub-ordinates and seniors
Whether team player / not
Last package received

I do understand when you mention "......about "misusing this Forum" I didn't mean to". Afterall, no one knows everything or does everything right, me included--that's what this Forum is for.

And there's nothing to bar anyone from asking multiple queries in a single posting--especially if they are related [which your's seem to be]. In fact, that would give those responding a chance to give a more well-informed guidance/suggestion.

Coming to your comments "........this is free forum and I have all 'rights' to ask what I want to ask.......".

Suggest don't ever think on those lines, since that attitude would more than likely take you on a path where the motive/intent veers away from your act--either of asking or doing.

It would be like someone saying: India is a free Country, so I have all 'rights' to do what I want to do"--hope you get the meaning & the co-relation to what you mentioned.

This Forum is for those who are in a GENUINE NEED for sharing & knowing & for those who make GENUINE MISTAKES. NOT for those who put across queries with the intention to misuse/abuse/misrepresent.

Just look @ some of the recent queries & the responses and you would be able to realize what this means & entails [one member asked brazenly for guidance for 'backdoor entry' into a well-known IT Company :-)].

The responses to your own query in this thread [combined with the responses to your other thread] CAN also be misused if one reflects carefully--the reason why I raised the alert by mentioning '......If this thread has been posted along with the one mentioned below.........'.

Generally the BGC includes following things.
1.Personal Information
2.Salary certificate
3.Experience certificate
4.Criminal check (Occasionally)
5.Educational Qualification
6.Last Designation
7.Two Reference Check from last employment and two more from personal reference
Based on my knowledge these are some of the checks whih are generally performed. FYI i have been in touch with some BGC Agencies and hence i know these things. Have a great day ahead. If anyone wants to add some more please add over here. Have a great day.

With due respect, I would request senior members to act diplomatically than directly putting a blame. The person may not be aware of the system.

i have done MBA - IB from London which is a 2 yrs course , where 1 year internship . i started the internship and after continuing 2-3 months .. i gave up .. i use to go once in 2 week.. but after one year - i found my Internship letter courier from the company.
So, seniors please let me know - may i put it in my CV that i have done intern in .... company as when i go for the interview , all recruiters ask , where you completed your Internship?
Please guide , what to do in this regards?
