i have joined an IT company newly and got to design the salary structure of php developers: frehers, senior developers and team lead. Their current salaries are:upto 8000/mnth, 8000-15000/mnth and for TL salary is no bar. so how should i design their salaries and be adding further increments to it after an appraisal period of 6 months, so that i could retain as well motivate them.
