You may purchase book of Dr.P.K.Padhi, Labour Laws for Corporate Managers.
It is a very detailed book.

I think you should start with this book " One should know labour laws by Ajay Garg from Nabhi Publication". it help me a lot in my MBA course and also to understand the fundamental of labour law.
