Hi,
I am having 4+ yrs of experience in HR and 1.15 yrs in Academic. I am working in academic field since feb 2010. Heading 2 MBA class , total 120 students and 6 faculties are working under me.

Thanks Rekha for the info. Please follow the advice given in my previous post. Choosing a PhD topic is slightly different from your MBA students choosing one for their project. The main one being the topic should be based on the GAP in the knowledge bank. This can only be arrived at by conducting a literature survey. Try Emerald I think you can register there to access their Research Database.
