Standard Joining Letter Format

In almost all leading organizations, there will be a standard joining letter format. All you have to do is fill in the form and hand it over to the concerned HR executive. In any case, such a letter does not require any great English language composition - "With reference to your offer of employment letter no. dated... I hereby report for duty on _____ at ____." Just a one-liner will do!
