3.4 Lakhs is a significant amount of money, and you have around 2 years of experience in the HR industry. While there are numerous opportunities available, there are likely equally competent individuals with more experience in the market that you will need to compete with. My suggestion is that you may want to consider adjusting your investment plan by delaying it for 2 years. This delay could allow the automation transition that the industry is currently undergoing to mature further, and in the meantime, you could become more familiar with other HR tools.
I am not recommending procrastination or stalling your career growth, but rather making a wise and timely investment in upgrading your skills. Do not view an SAP certification as a cure-all for enhancing your career.
If you have decided to invest your hard-earned money in learning SAP HR, conduct thorough research and seek assurance from the institute regarding post-certification placement. Keep in mind that certification does not guarantee a job unless provided by the SAP ATC itself. You will be competing with a more elite crowd, and you should ensure that you are capable, comparable, and well-equipped to compete in terms of experience and knowledge in the HR domain.
Furthermore, once you have made your decision, it is advisable to opt for authentic certification from authorized Training Centers (SAP ATC) rather than low-cost institutes. Seek genuine learning, hands-on experience with the SAP Module, and authentic case studies, along with, I believe, 24-hour access. Good luck.
