Now i am getting letter from company asking for full and final settlement,
Since i am not having any money with me and running my family with the help of my parents.

Hi...,

The issue must had been discussed with the technical person as well as in HR too and a suitable written request in form of resignation given.

Your previous company has genuinely asked for a full and final settlement.

Now you can request them and discuss the reasons for what you had been left without the information.

To comment, please provide the following information:

1. Did you served resignation and accordingly the notice period

2. Duration of employment

3. Nature of employment: full time/part time/ permanent/ contract

4. Did you had signed any agreement with company

5. Required notice period as per your letter of appointment

6. Company size and status

Hi Indresh,
Please find out the ways by polite and mutual discussions with your company. You are required to complete the full and final settlement formality.
