Leave Encashment on Salary Slips: Can We Include Past Details Like 09-10 in January 10?

Hello Seniors, I am currently working with a software firm in Mumbai, and I have a question regarding leave encashment on the salary slip. Can we include leave encashment details in the Salary Slip? For example, can we include the leave encashment details of 09-10 in the January 10 salary slip? I would appreciate it if you could share your viewpoint on the above content.

There is no harm in including leave encashment in the salary slip. Please do this if you are transferring the salary, encashment, etc., by way of a bank transfer to the employee's salary account.

Since leave encashments are part of taxable income, it is recommended to show them in payslips.
