IGNOU MBA Project Title

Could anybody let me know about Project Course of MBA(cooresponding) from ignou ?
I am confused to decide Topic of project; want to make project in
industrial relation but not have an idea for it and what should be the topic head for the same,another should the topic be same those
send by IGNOU as list of 50 topics for project .
Kindly give your guidance in this regard .
