Struggling to Choose an IGNOU MBA Project Topic on Industrial Relations – Any Advice?

Dear seniors, could anybody let me know about the Project Course of MBA (correspondence) from IGNOU? I am confused about deciding on the topic of the project. I want to make a project on industrial relations but do not have an idea for it. What should be the topic heading for the same? Should the topic be the same as those sent by IGNOU as a list of 50 topics for the project?

Kindly give your guidance in this regard.
