- Please define how the process works. Start with the point of initiation and end with the last step.
- Explain with complete process flow charts and escalations. Identify any bottleneck as you study it.
- Define the contributions required by different teams towards information sharing and process ownership.
- Mention every legal, statutory, and industry standard that is required to be maintained.
- Zero in on any one sector and company to make a valid statement about the process that you are writing.
- Quote any process expert, if required as per the guidelines of your project, to add to the validity of the information that you offer.
